Our normal range includes casting weights from 2# to 10,000# in any quantity.
Our foundries use both cupola and Inductotherm Unipac coreless induction melting systems and employ no-bake, oil sand and shell core processes to assure the finest dimensional accuracy achievable in foundry practice today.
We have a fully automated no-bake molding loop and state-of-the art sand system.
We have a complete pattern shop for new wood and plastic patterns, alterations, gating, rigging and repairs.
